Wtb 1600/510 rear quarter guards

Post by Jingles56 »

Hi guys

I'm after rear quarter guards for my 4door datsun 1600.wanting both sides if I can.would look at a hole shell in the South Island if I hav to.
If I can't find anything in nz is there any places that make new panel for a good price around the world.

Thanks
James

Not sure if you're wanting the whole quarter panel or a rust repair patch panel but a few of us have used the nissco patch panels made in Melbourne. I can get them in for you or you can buy them direct from nissco or through ebay. They save a lot of work when repairing the rust in both front and rear guards on the 1600s.

I had some made by a very talented fellow here in ChCh.

Check out eBay.com.au and search under 'Datsun 1600' and they do do top and bottom rear panel sections. Bottom sections are two different heights and top section is about 3/4 from top to bottom.
,so a whole rear panel can be created. Whichever way you go will cost you but that's
How it goes these days.

That's it Adam. You can't quite see but the very top fold isn't complete but shouldn't be a biggie for a reasonably good panel beater.
