Went in for warrant today, not the best result but nothing too major!

*Horn to work (took connections off and sprayed crc on them works now! )
*Adjust steering box play (the fella said he wasn't too concerned about how much I adjust out as long as it's better than it was)
*A few holes in the exhaust need filling up (anyone got a mig I could use?)
*Worn right rear brake hose (will buy a new one)
*Brake ballance uneven (mentioned I should just bleed the brakes and replace with new fluid)

So not too big a list to cross off before next weekend!

Grab a big as cattle Syringe or gearbox fittery thing to drain the reservoir before you start, and replace with clean fluid, then when you have clean coming out at the wheel you are done.

I think Karl is going to lend his his Air bleeder. No pumping required. Just pull the trigger, and it's done.

Yup yup got that from Karl yesterday and borrowed ,y brothers compressor. Got all the old fluid from each caliper and drum so M/C is completely empty. Went to fit the replacement hose which when I got it from Butlers on sat arvo said to the guy it looks way different to the one on there (I even took in a sample off my disc brake subframe!!!) So yeah pretty peeved and don't want to muck around getting it to fit so will take it back and get a refund grrr

It's the same thread but it doesn't fit onto the brackets on the arm and body

Take it back, and take your sample to safeRbrakes. They can make hoses for not too much money. especially one that short.

Took back brake hose today got the right one! Fitted it up bled brakes with Karls vacuum bleeder went in for wof re-check passed! Gave the inside and out a good clean today so I'm all ready for this weekend. Can't wait to start driving this again. With the new door window seals there is no wind noise soooooo quiet! I was going to take a photo of the wof sticker but it's right under the tint band and it's super hard to see hahaha

All I need for the manual swap is spigot bush, new slave and rubber clutch hose. Will also get new tie rod ends for each side and fit powdet coated steering components. I'm going to look into getting an alloy rad as the core in mine is poked much cheaper to get an ali rad off the tard than a re-core!
