260Z Flat Top Hitachi Twin SU Style Carbs + Manifold

I bought these a while ago with the plan to get them recond and fitted to my Laurel but I have decided to take a different route. I started taking one carb apart and cleaning it up, re-plated heaps of nuts and bolts etc plus the fuel hard line to the carbs. Both dash pots have been polished. At the moment it's all in a box at work and has been sitting there for some time. Would hope that someone on here has a use for them. Please note that I accidently dropped one of the pistons and the needle is now slightly bent would recommend replacement. Comes with manifold and factory 260Z aircleaner filter element is a bit dinged up. I took heaps of photos before and during disassembly that I can send to whoever buys these. I'm after $50 as that's what I paid for them. Yes they are in pieces but the plating and polishing alone is worth a lot more. Will ship and buyers expense.

These carbs are so good on gas when set up properly.............

Keeping it hush hush at the moment. It won't be started till after the 180 is done too. Staying L series that's all I'll give away!

still pretty fair price mine sold without the air box and rubber rubber hoses a few weeks ago on trademe for 350 maybe try it if your dont have much luck here cause all the datsun guys know the issues flat tops can cause...
