stereo wires

Post by Tony_Whenua »

Fixing up some dodgy wiring on the stereo and need to find a constant power supply for the radio.
Any ideas what to take it off?
Was thinking off the alarm system??

Currently it is attached straight onto the battery.

Either hazard lights or horn will do, or just test wires with a multi meter and see if they have 12v with the key off.

If it's your 1200, I'd just jump a new power wire off the "hot on the key" side of the fuse box.
