Shell sport 120y build

Hey everyone I've decided to build a 120y to race in the shellsport revival series in the South Island. So I figure I'll post up my progress and hopefully get some advice from you all and maybe even inspire a few of you to come racing, it's a great series and it needs more datsuns. I'm sick of seeing starlets and escorts winning!

Progress so far. I have a 74 120y with an a15 and a 5speed otherwise totally standard. It has had a crash in the left front so I want to get some fibreglass front guards. I have found a place in Hamilton that makes them but does anyone know anywhere else?

I have a pair of fibreglass guards that I probably wont end up using. Dont know how well they fit cos I never got round to trying. They have a couple small cracks but other than that they are pretty tidy. Make an offer if you're keen

I sent my leaf springs off to bellamy & east in Christchurch. They were friendly and got them back to me within a couple days. They've dropped a 100 mm should make the car nice and low. Iv also got myself a nice new diff off a c22 van which is way wider than the stocker
