192hp fuel injected a12 engine from 1978 1200 ute

I havea Datsun a12 engine
From a 1978 Datsun 1200 ute

This engine is awesome
Converted to fuel injected
Garret t28r ball bearing turbo new
Stinger computer
Stand alone fuel management system
Reinforced internals
Front mount intercooler

Engine was running a t28 non ball bearing was 178hp@ 17psi

After installing the better turbo it was 192hp @ 13psi as I wasn't there he tuned it to 13psiinstead of the 17 I asked him to push it to but as I wasn't there he wouldn't push it to 17 but runs 17psi daily

So not to sure what the HP would be if it was tunes to 17
