Depending on your cert man, you may still have issues with the rear travel. I had to make sure it didnt bottom out with people in the back, so unless you have super stiff leafs, I suspect 15mm wont be enough. Did he give you any guidance on what is satisfactory?

Worth a shot tho! Like i said, will be different for each cert man

I have reset rear springs with an extra leave added, it is pretty firm.
I could probably grind another 10mm off the bump stops easily enough...
One side is sitting a tad lower than the other, so might have to point him towards the 'higher' side!

Think you should change the title to "100%" cheers, well done. Can't wait to see it at Akaroa THIS year.

Correct Braasy, still a few tidy up jobs to finish;
> Needs a catch tank installed
> Electrical fan logic needs sorted (as relay wont switch off once ignition off)
> Front number plate surround
> few bits of chrome to be renovated
> missing rear bumper mount outer tabs
> few other bits & pieces

Main thing is servicing it & getting it reliable, so I can take it for cruises without fear of overheating or breaking down

Yes Akaroa 2015 - you better believe it!
