You will need 4 flanges welded on, Johns clamp method could work with just one clamp, and could even double as the mount bracket anchor point to keep every thing stable. I like the look of that clamp, and one end of the system, suggestion the front pipe just protrudes through the cross member no welding, slip in tail pipe, job done.

If they are getting that picky, then take out a couple of tail light bulbs, gives them something to fail you on, so they will be happy, then just put the bulbs back in and re-join the que.

That's the plan mate! Haha yeah I know what you mean aye did you make the hole in your crossmember bigger? That had crossed my mind but seeing as I'm only going 2.5" all the way (except dump pipe is 3") so there is plenty of room. In reality I probably won't be needing to take exhaust and crossmember out much at all once it's all done but I do like the idea of it being a lot easier to do so if I ever have to

Yeah the plan was to put a 2.5 inch on the car but as always the plan changed hahahaha my xmember has a 4 inch hole in i used thick wall exhaust tubing made a bracket on the front side with a cotton reel mount so simple when I get me blue car back ill be doing the same to it as it bangs harder than $2 hooker .

It's a pictureless update but an update none the less!! So rear end is all back in and sorted with help from Jesse. Car is now at chamberlains getting sway bar made, new rear coils, wheel alignment and getting the suspension set up nice. After that it will be going to pit stop which is right next door so can't wait to hear that!!!! I bought a whole heap of new speed nuts/captive nuts so I could bolt the guards down so nothing flew off when Jesse towed it for me to chamberlains. So not much left really?? Need to P clip the battery cable running from front to back tidy up a few things in the engine bay. Dan Lodge is working on my tacho to get it to read off the ecu. So watch this space!! A huge thanks to Jesse for helping me out with this to!! Owe you many a ride/skid in this once it's done! Oh also have rear brake lines made from safe r brakes just need to get another set of rear calipers also drive shaft hoop will need doing too.
