Owner of a white 720 kingcab, christchurch?

Hey, just curious if anyone on here knows the owner of a white 720 kingcab wellside ute in christchurch, its pretty low, looks like 15" black steels sitting outside the guards. Ive seen it a couple of times but Im usually going in the opposite direction.

I found this pic on the "spotted" thread but cant make out the number plate, its from a few years ago. It sits much lower now than this pic, Might not be the same ute though.

Any info would be great, thanks.
