Sweet djz I can get clevis pins from work pretty sure we have em on the shelf. Any ideas on where I'd find a long nut thing for that threaded adjuster? Or is a pick a part mish on the cards...
I'll have a look over the weekend and see if I can find one for you.

Got my tacho back from Dan today! Can't wait to slap that in! Jesse and I got a bit of work done on sunday p - clipped up the battery cable running through in side of the car and worked out where to mount the ecu. Also did some mocking up of my drive shaft hoop just need to get some 5x50mm flat bar and we can finish it. Got a pic of the sway bar link while it's up on stands as wellImage

Fitted tacho back into gauge cluster but thought I'd better give it a clean up before it goes back in for good so took the rest of it apart and got rid of all the dust and dirt in there. So much cleaner!!ImageImageImage

Now before I do put the cluster back in I was thinking about resetting the odometer back to zero as I'd like to know how many kms I've done with the new engine and this cluster is from a sss so isn't the right reading anyway. But is that even legal?? Otherwise I'll just leave it.....

Just change it aye, the cars old and Kms dont really matter - itll already have been around the clock a few times, it only goes to 99,999 anyway so at least youll know the kms youve done..

Ive "fixed" the one in the LD20 powered R30 a couple of times. you can take it fully apart or i just took the plastic cover off and moved them with a flat head screwdriver with rubber on the end so as not to scratch it.

Some move easier than others and they just click round (make sure you click them up ie 1.2.3.4 etc).

You'd be there a while with a drill on the speedo cable at 200kph lol
