So my brother has overheated his A12 in his 310 sunny a few weeks back.
Rather than freshen up the original A15 I have at home, I would be interested in buying a complete long block A15 in good condition.
Must be good runner not smokey, prefer if mildly worked and fresh. Not interested in anything tired or unused for some time (or may as well take my chances with the original A15)
Looking for easy trouble free change over, dont need Carb, manifolds, alternators etc, complete long block only is fine
As close to Timaru as possible
Let me know what is available by txt or phone- can travel to collect within reason
Cheers

Re: WTB good A14 or A15 running engine
I have an A15 long block. It was procured from Alex. He said it was a good one, but needed valve guide seals. I've bought some new umbrella seals for it. Only take at hour to fit them. It has been sitting for a while though. So not exactly what you were asking for.

Re: WTB good A14 or A15 running engine
Cheers Bart, I want a known good runner to drop right in.
Otherwise I might as well pull down the A15 I have, but just cant be bothered at the moment, and looking for easy swap over,
turn key and know its good to go

This should be a good runner. (No reason to think it wont be) I intend to change the seals, and refit all the bits and sell it as a complete engine.
