Re: Introduce Yourself Here
The fit isn't fantastic. But they are a lot less hassle. I'm almost tempted to buy one for my 1200 rather than fix what I have.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............
Re: Introduce Yourself Here
Hi everyone,
Figured I should introduce myself. My name is Mat and have just brought a 78 datsun 120y sedan. I'm living in pukekohe. Not a bad little car but a young guy owned it and now needs plenty of love.
I'm a Mechanic so things shouldn't bother me to much. Saying that if you need any advice by all means hit me up.
Well I look forward to meeting some of you at some stage.

Re: Introduce Yourself Here
Hello everyone.
My name is Dean. I landed in Christchurch 2 weeks today. 4 days later I bought a little 1200 for my lady Kay (hence DK1200).
I am an industrial spray painter and powder coater by trade. Kay is a librarian. We live in Leeston, so if you see the little white Dato around the area don't be shy to say hello.
The car needs some work but I think it's in good condition. We going to start the rolling rebuild with the suspension as we want the car for touring and windy roads.
Hope to meet some of you along the way..
All help and information welcome.

Re: Introduce Yourself Here
Welcome Dean. Great looking wee car. Will be good to see it out and about. Don't be shy to put up some trips and invite us along for the fun. Datsuns love windy roads.
