I have one pm on hold as i have delete on hold msg.
How do i do that

You need to delete some messages to make room, and then click on the blue words at the top of the page saying "Release on hold messages".
The blue isn't very easy to see.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............
