Because I don't have a compressor..........
Also If I could borrow a compressor the whole nice internal access garage with a laundry in it meant just thinking about spraying it pretty much gave me the shits. You should have seen the mess I made with a brush, I can only imagine if I had a spray gun!
It said on the website brushing was fine, I believe it was developed with that in mind, I mean looks fine, Its not THAT bad. Its just not perfect

Re: Nick 1200 sedan
Well weekend update, I got the frame welded in for my drop tank, Also leak tested the tank (Hi tech filled it with water and checked for leaks) So next week I'll get the sheet metal sorted and then when I get the fuel sender I can finish off the top of the tank! Whoop whoop
Pictures
Frame welded ready for last test fit.
Frame test fitted and all capped ready to weld in
Welding in the frame was relatively hassle free so heres the test fit of the tank In there. I gave the frame the Nick patented jump test where by I stand on it and jump up and down like a monkey and nothing flexed or moved so i'm pretty confident its all strong enough. It will also be a little stronger once the rest of the sheet metal is in.
looks pretty good from behind doesn't hang to low
