Yeah I had decided on the poo brown until father in law said he and the painter reckon I should change it, grrrhh.
I have always thought they are worth more as a factory colour, so more after opinions on value as I know colour choice is ultimately mine.

since they're not a $100,000 car the difference in price from original colour or a colour of your choosing isn't really a major in my eyes, however i do prefer it if i was going to buy myself if it was still the factory colour. For some reason i really like that poo brown, even though the misses thinks i'm touched in the head

The Factory colour will always suit the car.
When I painted my sedan I thought about painting it the Commodore VT/VX "Tiger" colour. I am pleased I didn't. The colour has passed from Fashion now and the car would look silly and dated, but not in a good way.

I don't care much for the shit brown. But I am a huge fan of factory colours.
Lots of cars look amazing when the paint colour choice is new. But fad colours date.
A good example is that uber mint 68 510 that came to akaroa. It's mint, and the paint is really nice. But I think the blue doesn't look quite right. (Just my two cents)

Re: Kartboys KB110
Im painting mine white, I dont think i could find any love for the original green. It had been sprayed poo brown at some stage in its life, and then dark blue.
