Does you car have CV axles? If you get CV axles they will plug straight into the diff, you don't need any side flanges.

They can be a but awkward to take apart.

I will take some photo's to show you a trick to get the center out of the housing. It confused the crap out of me the first time i took one apart. You sort of have to hold it just the right way and rotate it gets stuck. The manuals don't show it very well.
