It's just weird that it was fine every other time I've driven it. Also I let sit for a while then drove it again and the brakes seemed to have freed up?

Datto_610's 180B - Cert Prepping!

Post by Datto_610 »

Well didn't get around to having a look at the brakes yet hopefully tomorrow but did get a few things ticked off the list. A week or two ago I got some 6" pioneer speakers and 36mm spacers and fitted them to the parcel tray!

Got the rear seat fitted for good now and the speakers wired and fitted all ready to go for after cert!!

As well as the wheel alignment the boys at Chamberlains fitted a tyre to my sweet sweet jdm af spare. Still fits pretty well in the spare wheel well too!

Might look at brakes tomorrow.... any one keen to offer some wisdom??

Looking good Greg, not sure what the problem is with those brakes, seems really weird, especially as you had everything re-conned.

So I'm thinking of hosting a working bee for the 180B as cert day is looming and I've got a few things on the list left.... I'll put on beers/beverages and lunch or something to snack on. So what do you chch fellas reckon?? I can make an event in the upcoming events thread if there is enough interest.

Hahaha yeah... it's my cousins wedding so guess I have to go...

As for the list so far I have:
*Get horn to work
*Wipers to work
*Speedo needs to be calibrated
*Need to look at my brakes again...
*Headlights need to be aligned and also need to fix some wiring as one side is really dull...
*Take for wof check (might do this the morning of cert)
Probably a few other things I've missed
