And Na i don't think the flares are too bad. Didn't even notice at first.

Well List is all crossed off now just got to get it back in for the recheck which is booked for Wednesday. Does anyone know if Donn stamps the tag straight away or if i have to wait before going for my Wof recheck? I am slightly concerned about my brakes though, they are nice and firm now but pull slightly to the passenger side Any ideas? all i can think of it how they come out of the proportioning valve or to do with my caliper position. Calipers are all brand new.

The cert plates are done in Wellington, it usually takes up to 2 weeks. Unless it's changed recently.
Re: LS1 V8 280z
Dam was hoping to take it for a maiden voyage next weekend, oh well. Anyway so i got the brake pedal feeling good but took the car out to test them and it was locking up one tyre before the other. but then it would swap side so im confused. this is a video of what one of my calipers is doing. Ive tried bleeding it and taking it off to bleed and still doing it. https://www.facebook.com/stewart.cooper ... 096353754/

Re: LS1 V8 280z
These brakes are really getting on my nerves!!!! Pulled the culprit caliper apart again today in case i missed something and looks fine, so filled up with brake fluid on the ground then refitted and bled again and again and again and im still getting it pushing the rotor off to one side so i gave up and found a second hand one in christchurch and will grind it out to fit the rotor and see if that works. its my last resort

Re: LS1 V8 280z
Fixed!!!! Put the second hand caliper on. bled it and i now have good peddle feel finally. Oh and my carpets arrived from the NZ company. the rear carpet fits nice, the underlay needs cutting and the main carpets will require a lot of trimming so thats this weekends job if cert recheck goes well.

PASSED CERT!!!! just need to wait for the tags to turn up then get fitted, stupid how the certifier has to fit them, i tried to convince Donn to come do it at mine so i dont have to trailor it, even offered to pay his hourly wage so ill wait and see.
