Scotch fillet: cooked to order with either creamy mushroom sauce or garlic butter served with slaw and

Saloon salad: Mesclun mix with tomatos, onion, feta, cranberries, cashews and crushed corn-chips (v)

Duke Burger: beef patty, bacon, swiss cheese, mushrooms, onion rings, with lettuce, tomato and red
onion with bbq sauce, anda serving of fries ($25)
Southern Star Burger: chicken breast, bacon, swiss cheese, with lettuce, tomato and red onion with
bbq sauce, and a serving of fries ($25)
Grazing Cow Burger: (v) quinoa and fetta patty, mushrooms, Swiss cheesewith lettuce, tomato and red
onion with ranch dressing and a serving of ($24)
