You can buy new off Trademe usually or repco stocks them, I managed to get a new one for a 120y for around $80

Finally located a New Federal replacement Master Brake Cylinder from BNT in Porirua for $165.00 trade today off the shelf
The funny thing was two other BNT branches said they were unavailable
Repco were a waste of time having tried three branches all saying not available anymore
The only new ones on line were in America which were about $200.00 plus freight
There is how ever a Christchurch Company I contacted that quoted $196.00 plus return Courier to reline in Stainless and supply new kit
They offer a two day turn around which good service
Two Brake shops quoted $300.00 plus each to recondition but send them out to get rebuilt
Lucky I am now retired and have the time to chase around

Yep, seems like you have to chase around a lot to get what your after!
Generally I find part numbers online and call shops, they don't like to do the hard work unfortunately. Not a bad price for a new one!
