Made it Picton no troubles, except for the heater jamming on full, which was ok until Wellington as the weather was pretty average. Might look at bypassing it at some point, feet get a bit toasty!

Epic day today, went through to Nelson this morning, awesome weather first thing and a great drive. Checked out the wow car museum then lunch at the pub. Then big drive to Murchison and into hanmer. Like a different country compared to the Waikato. All going we’ll still.

Disconnected the heater this morning, a bit more comfortable cruising today. Clocked up 1028 km on this trip so far and 182.4 litres of go juice in the tank. Working out at around 0.18l per km or 18L per 100km.
