Yea i went out and talked to Tony Whiter and asked him for hints and tips. Hes pulled down enough RWD SRs now to know a trick or to if there is one. I know the pulleys are different but principle applies all he does is spray with innox then walk the pulley off.

Anything else that may be hand to know. Ive learnt that i shouldn't need to remove upper sump just the lower one to reach the two bolts i need to get to.
Then two from the top under rocker cover and the rest are from the front which i hope i can get to easy enough.

Well 4.5 hours later its back together what a mission still the hardest part was removing and installing the belts. Lots of sharp things get your hands.
I'll wait overnight for gasket sealer to harden off a bit before its first start up. I couldn't remove oil pump completely as i didn't remove the upper sump and its wasn't quite giving me enough room to get pump right out but i cleaned up the surfaces in place fitted a new o ring and coated in shit loads of gasket sealer then put it all back together so fingers crossed.

Old o ring looked fine but must have just lost its sealing ability over time.

Well its all up and running im a little worried as it takes a bit of time for the oil light to shut off now and before it shuts off it idles a little funny.
Once oil light goes off it runs mint as.

Could this just be a bit of air in the oil system that should hopefully sort its self out?
I havn't taken it for a drive yet.

Oil light is shutting off faster and faster each time i start car after given it a bit of a rest so im hoping its just sorting its self out by its self.
