Nice car mate.
have a look at
http://www.autoletparts.host.sk/index_en.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
they have a few various cedric parts, just scroll through the pages and email for a price. bit pricey, but all original parts and pretty fast shipping
For the diff, your best bet would be a rn85 hilux diff. easy to fit, same stud pattern and you can get pretty much any ratio and lsd's are not too expensive.
also about 10-15mm narrower each side so you can fit some wider rims with a bit more dish

You could try bumpershop on hazeldean road,they had a mint one for my car.Or Max Wildermoth on st asaph st,He does a lot of stainless/chrome trim repairs,This might be a bit big for him tho.Choice car,hope to see it banging the streets this summer.Welcome to the club

Hey dude - could be keen on the dizzy - also King springs - HQ holden Low is what you need - should give about 50mm drop - pretty sure the superlows give ultra low - like 60-65mm drop. you may need short shocks which are also HQ ive got part numbers ill have to dig out.
Super low HQ = ride height in 2nd pic first page -
