Not with a R30 gearbox you won't, Out of interest is yours the 2 piece drive shaft or the single piece?

Yip sure did. The 3 cars i have had over the years have all had a single piece shaft fitted. I thought that was the only way they came wasn't till later i learnt that the two piece shaft is actually more common.

After siting at the sandblaster for a month they finally got round to doing it good to see progress

I sanded the large flat panels just with the orbiter and gemco did the sandblasting they did a good job but you need to keep on there case otherwise they would take months to do it. It was low pressure walnut or something like that type of blasting.
