800rpm for idle sometimes fluctuated to up to 1200rpm. 15w 40 race oil, from bop oil supplies

I'm running 2'' custom pipe with one coby mid way and one standard 2'' muffler at rear. Standard a15 at moment but will run 140hp a15 very soon with same exhaust... only addition "coby headers" with flexi join as the engine will shake around. I have ported the coby "headers" exhaust flange to match my race head as the standard holes don't always match up 100%. Figured the 150hp factory GTI VW Golf runs a 2'' pipe its good enough for me.

So thats 5 votes on the 2". I thort 2 1/4" would be the story...

140HP A15 would be a good bit of fun, be sure to start a build thread for that cheif

2" pipe, with 1x muffler on my sedan.

Will be doing 2" with single muffler on coupe too in not to distant future

What sort of muffler are you looking at getting? And placement wize?

haven't sorted as yet Joel.

Will do some homework in next few weeks.

It will be a box oval type and be mounted under rear left passenger seat
only place to locate it on the coupe

have my old 1200 sedan setup fitted to coupe, but it does not quite fit. so will be surplus
