The calipers and brackets $100.00plus freight.

Might be cheaper than what Murray will want and with a little time and brake lines and cables from Datsport you will have the satisfaction of doing it yourself.
PM if you're interested.
Wouldnt mind sticking a set in my stash as well.

These calipers and brakes are for sale to all.

Nic, as Mark says, there is not a lot of work involved. I think there are pictures and instructions on datsport site but probably on this forum somewhere as well.

You need to obtain discs, brake cables for handbrake and brake lines. Datsport do braided lines for this set up as well.

I have Bart so will collect bits I need and im sure with the help from you and all the other fallas ill have no dramas setting it up.

Cheers everyone for the advice/ info.

That's the hard part done.
Be sure to post your progress in your build thread.
From memory, you need to weld up the r31 holes in the caliper mount plates, then redrill the holes to bolt onto the datsun rear arm. It's also possible you might need to file a bit out of the center hole to go over the bearing holder?
You also need to bolt the plate on back to front to how it sat on the R31. And there's a small amount of clearancing to be done on the caliper mount plate so that it clears the arm.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

Haven't really got a build thread been too busy building.
I'll weld up holes and have a mate who's going to mill the centre of the bracket out to fit over the bearing holder to keep it tidy. Also going to replace bearings and seals.

Wasn't aware about bolting the backing plate on back to front, thanks - I'll have to play with that idea, looks like calliper mounts on top of the disc going by what I could find as it hits shock mount one side and arm on the other.
