Sorry guys i have been major slacker lately and havnt got much done at all on my ute. Will be atacking it this sunday for a bit tho. Custom alloy radiator is getting made and just about done as is my custom alloy oil cooler. Mite have two air compressors sorted for it as well. I will post some more pics in a couple of days.

I dont get why you wouldn't paint a vehicle you spend so much money on. Especially lowering, putting big dubs on. Thats all cosmetic work. Obviously the reason to paint would be to make it cosmetically nicer.

Just so I can understand your guys train of thoughts, why would he NOT paint it?
(Dont get me wrong, its his/her ute and whatever they decide to do with it is their choice and will be awesome that they did their vehicle the way they wanted to, just trying to understand where you guys are coming from)

Please refer to Random cars and girls thread for ultimate schooling on the ways of Rat rodding.
My old Cortina wagon was Rat, and I got SOOO many comments about it because it just stood out for being it. Its often much harder to keep old patina and surface rust looking untouched as it is to keep new paint unscathed.

Obviously its his ute and whichever way he goes with it, its still going to rule.
