Re: gingofthesouth's 510
Rebuilt the steering box, new tie rod end inners, fitted gearbox and modified hole a bit more.
Sorting out the engine ready to put in tomorrow.
Last couple days spend cleaning up my trailer and painting it, adding ramp trays and tied down hoops (thatnks farmboy for the engineering goodness).
Pics tomorrow.

Re: gingofthesouth's Orangatang 510
Bought a new radiator:
Money and time are both limited
Unfortunately it fits with about 4mm clearance. Whoops, no space for the fan.....
Also have new guard indicators:

Looking good man, sucks about the fan/radiator ratio, might just have to reverse mount it..
And i know about the money/time thing it sucks...

Progress, bet it feels good. Wow that is tight, hope your brakes aren't too good, you could end up with wee circles on the back side centre of your radiator.
Great to see this is still progressing. Will be awesome to see it finished.

Re: gingofthesouth's Orangatang 510
Looking at the top picture. there might be room for a smaller fan or possibly a couple if you mount them out to the side, or in front of the radiator looks like two smaller ones would fit there.gingofthesouth wrote:Bought a new radiator:Unfortunately it fits with about 4mm clearance.
