Saxton Lodge is nice (and massive), I've stayed there a few times. I did hear it got flooded recently though so somebody might want to check on that.

Waaayyy ahead of you man! I phoned ahead and they have 20+ rooms algud and ready to go at that price!
I dont know how you guys wanna go about booking. dunno if I can do it??
but I can probably sort it (if it dont cost me lol) just let md know numbers (# of rooms and extra beds etc...)
Now in terms of dinner, what do you guys think would be good? a bbq? (can probly do at mine if need be) or a restaurant?
I can make a booking somewhere that suits everone (once again just need to know numbers...)

Were keen for you to take the lead on this one mate.
Most people will be happy for BBQ or restaurant, And flexible on accommodation. Better if we can all stay at the same place

Well the saxton lodge id the best place (with enough rooms) that ive found so far..
Ill have a chat to my good mates/landlords and see if its algud to have a bbq here then.
My place is easy to find (I should be able to find enough seats lol)
And real easy to get back to the accommodation
