Sills made, they should be bullet proof. Made out of 1.6 zintec. Will test fit tomorrow.

Mock up done. Not to much altering to do. Had to make in 2sections as folder at work is only 1200. Should have stitched on Saturday. :D

Thanks Walt Not sure what I'm going to do with the doors though. They are a real mess. Going to have a go at re skinning the rear do. Hope I don't make to much of a mess of it.

Had a great trip out to the vcc parts shed in Ashburton last weekend. Scored some head lights and other bits.
So the first question is to grill or not to grill.....?
And 2nd are the clear lights legal as high beam?

Had a big day working on it today. Finally managed to make some time to look at the back door. Any panel beaters better not look as its probably not the right way of doing this. Just had to make do with the limited tooling I have at home.

well done, hammer forming like this is a lost art that a lot of panel beaters forget about ,it is so simple and yields great results, another great tip ,when making your patterns, try using clear plastic from mitre 10 or bunnings, you want to get the stuff that's fairly thick like on glass houses (but clear not opaic ) its great stuff as you can transfer swage lines door handle holes , all sorts of detail onto it , I use it all the time .
