De sprung the front to check clearances... Might leave them out for a while when I'm running it in seeing it doesn't look illegally low. Sumps only 35mm off the ground tho which is a worry, might whack a skidplate up for under neath the sump. The camber it naturally gained from lowering was enough to pull the tyre in the guard :) so camber hats are going to make rolling these 9s all-round possible

Yeah looks sharp at the ride height. Pity about the no travel :)
I still reckon it'd look better with a little off the front. The 9's look epic on the back though. Personally I like the rim edge to be close or flush with the body work. When they stick out like that they just remind me of the old 40's/50's american speed way cars with massive widened steels sticking like 2 inches out of the guards haha

Man it's going to be fun putting over 300hp through 175's though!!

Iv decided I'm gonna do it and roll it like this. I'm gonna make the adjusties have like 15mm approx of travel from 5mm higher than it is here at the mo and run a skid plate under the sump. Itl never be a race car just a skid car, daily driver and maybe do some drift events with a few of my mates that run old toyotas in driftsouth. Lol the 175s arnt about traction, there purely for street use. il get a pair of 7" rims for the rear and run some decent semi slicks on the back when I want to race some one etc.

Good to see someone else in the "below 50mm sump crew" numbers are rising, cars are falling.

35 mm... but at the same time

I'm well off being in that club. I think I've got 100 mm to the sump at least

I'm not happy about the sump being that low... Iv lost a sump bung on a ca before and prematurely killed the motor at alot higher than that down our old gravel road. I do however like cars to look nice and low. so I'm gonna have to rangy a plate under the sump with a hole big enough to slip a socket up threw holesawed out at the drain bung area for the over regular oil changes this engines gonna get. I think im Gonna run royal purple oil when it's chewed threw 2-3 packs of run in oil.
