Thanks. I had decided with this one that the top half of the door was a bit beyond me, and not to badly damaged, so I used the lower swag line to join on. You can see I folded the zintec at work before I started, so I could tuck in behind the top panel and weld along the swage, then deal with any distortion later.
The door will land up with a lot of bog in it but I don't have an option on that. I have been searching for a new door for over a year and got no where.
The goal is to have the door fitted and take it for a drive by the end of the weekend.
