Thought I might put up some photos of my Wifes project 2 and a half tons of iron :D

Na fair call not to many of these old girls left in the wild the car that is :lol: it's a Chrysler Windsor 1948 they where made in Canada for when the Queen did her tour in 1950s then they went to the government so they the only right hand drive's made and had a straight 8 or 6 flatty in them all cow inside with heaters and all

Plan is to have it on the road before August/September as a daily road car and tow car for race car :P

Wife has taken over on the Datsun site i think August/September will be pushing it just a bit the old girl has some bad rust in the floors and body it's been in a flood at some stage and is full of silt .
as for the motor there is no chance of getting the old flat straight 8 that would of ended up back in the USA so looking at a falcon motor as we have them and can work on the computer to get it up and running .
It's not going to be a shiny show car and good help any one that pisses her of on the road :guns:
Plans down the line are air bags witch will be not to bad to do shes coil springs up front , and I'll build a Megasquirt computer for it and run a later falcon motor with vvt

Ha HA yer man but it's what she got and her lead foot would sent us broke faster than you could say more GST . would like to see a 300c motor in the old girl but it's made for a LONG 8 not a bent one the falcon motor is a close fit.
A slant 6 would sit better with me to don't like to mix
