twin delertos an a cam. the cam shaft part number says F18
looking at the A serries cam spec add from reading the cam card of the info matches up to a MS3.?
so far my motor goes pretty good for what it is some people are suprised. but yea its back out for more work.
workm8 told me to balance the crank an said you'd notice the diffrence but then got told youd only notice at top end doing stupid ks? owell its getting done anyway anythings gota be a improvment.

bear in mind, just balancing the crank and bolting up a balanced flywheel is kinda pointless. ideally, you need to balance the whole bottom end, inlc pistons, rods, crank, clutch and flywheel, front pulley. basically everything bar the head. and as bart said in a previous post, have the flywheel doweled to the crank and loctite the fucker on so it doesnt vibrate its nuts off past 7000rpm

Balancing does entail the whole rotatiing assembly to get the most from it.
You could go for a more angry cam, but that will make it less drivable down low. If you head really is a marsh head, then it should be able to support a big angry cam. Shops tend to err on the side of caution when selling cams, as people get the shits with real brutal grinds. The other crutial thing is having a cam properly dialed in too. That can make a huge difference to an engines performance.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

fully agree, if he shows no interest, then he wont do a full job. as far as making power through balancing the bottom end, i wouldnt expect too much if anything. the main thing it will do is make it rev out quicker and smoother. it would be alot better to drive at high rpm, and wont shake the hell out of the car while doing it
