HI I require a LSD for my 1200 ute housing, does any one know where I can purchase
or get made ??

username "topgear" at datsun1200.com, makes (or made?) a bunch of torsen LSD,s for H165's. I don't know if he has any left, but by all accounts they're a great unit. Damon runs one in his ute, and it seems to go good. They don't work the same as a CLSD, and can sometimes behave like an open diff. (not suitable for drifting) But I'm told that they are a superb unit otherwise.

Or you could by a clutch unit from pitroad in japan.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

AE86 LSD's can fit with a bit of modification, you need the one with the smaller axles as they are the same spline as h165. Have also heard of mitsi evo 1-3 LSD's being made to fit, I went as far as confirming the spline is the same but no idea what would be involved in making it fit the C&P and housing

I think the ones you can buy from pitroad in japan are moddified trd ones.
