Jeebus!!!!!
I asked a question on his grille telling him its not rare (he had it set at $195.00)
He then took text out of my question and added another $100 to his buy now!!!!
Over night his non mint bog standard poo brown Ute dash with clock jumped from $350 to $450, so I have tried to help him with that too.
They are going to be on there a really really really long time.

God loves a trier.
It wont sell it's as simple as that. He'll either lower his price over time, or he'll have it forever. For the price he's asking you could send a rooted dashpad away to have it fully remanufactured. Then you'd have a new black pad, rather than a poo brown one that is begining to let go. Lets face it, those wee blemishes are only the begining. Give it a couple of years of use and it'l resemble most other well used 1200 pad pads.

Or how about a 240Z for 55k Its tidy but why do people insist on being able to make money/recover all costs when doing ground up rebuilds?

Ground up rebuilds are are sure fire way to lose a truck load of money unless you hold onto the finish product and keep it immaculate for years and years.
