Here is a little trick for measuring the CC of each combustion chamber in your head. Together with other measurements - bore/stroke etc you can calculate your compression ratio

All you need is some perspex (got an offcut for free from a glass shop)
1 x 0.1mm increment syringe
1 x 1mm increment syringe (got both syringes for $3.50 from a chemist)
Some grease (I used Lithium grease)
Some lightweight oil (I used gearbox oil)
You need to drill a small hole in the perspex that will line up near the edge of the deepest part of the combustion chamber.
Wipe a good dose of grease around the outside of the chamber to prevent the oil from escaping. Need to be liberal here.
Using the syringe suck up the oil then squeeze oil back into the chamber through the hole in the perspex until chamber is full. Take note of how many mililitres you used which equates to how many cc's per chamber.
Just wipe it all down when done. Don't forget you head will need valves and spark plug installed!
Mine was 29ml = 29cc
Easy as that!!!
