Here at NZ Datsun, we all love our Datsun/Nissan powered rides and projects.
but so often is the case they are getting upgraded, fixed, sold or use to much petrol or "insert reason here"
So I thought i would start the " how do you get around when not in your Datsun thread "
I will Start
My Single Speed bike, light Fast and cost less than $50 so i don't have to stress about it getting nicked Unlike my $2000 good mountain bike .
My Toyota Hilux Surf, - The other Vechicle
Diesel powered , boost would up to 12psi , 2.5" exhaust and Vr4 Front Mount Inter cooler, not a modded 4WD but it definitely get used and earns it way along the rough tracks, had floated down the Ashley river, been rolled onto its side and driven into a tree before.

Kool Thread!
Well until my 521 bacame another project i always had a daily Datsun . My rat 720 ute
But since the 521 kept braking i "borrowed" the mother in laws Subaru Leone for a month last may and i aint given it back. Something about the carpet and heater keeps my happy.
Will hopefully have that gone soon and get back in the datto
Ive also got two back up plans
a Aprillia Scooter i just brought off my mate Mark
Matt Black with Red wheels and handles and has just been attacked with the pin stripe brush for some badass striping
Also in the build with my gang the Quake City Rumblers
my Honda C50 bobber.
And then there is the Vintage BMX and Vintage Raleigh Drinks hauler which i get around Hornby on in between my homies houses

I just alternate between my 610 sedan and my 610 wagon most of the time

Lucky speed_freak! I WISH I could drive the Z on a daily basis...she's my "weekend" car because Drew has less distance to cover going to work daily. Plus he doesn't have a dirty great gravel road to go down lol. The one I drive during the week is the '91 Corona (I call her my crapola lol), she can go all the way out to southbridge and back at least 4 times on one tank....mmmmm fuel economy lol.

Would love to say a Z also, but alas, that's not a driver, no one will insure it. The 12ie is the daily, the kids love it, especially the little one. The wife drives a people mover, sad but true it is a Honda. Nissans aren't Datsuns so I'm not really being disloyal.
