Can you change your e-mail address under Account Settings?

Can you change your e-mail address under Account Settings? It appears not, but I want to be able to. Can an Admin do this for me? Cheers.

go to user control panel, select profile then edit account settings

The option is not available to edit, it's simply locked in. Have set up and maintained a few of these phpBB forums so assume it's just a rights/access thing or something of the like. If I had phpMyAdmin access I could edit the MySQL database manually
