sway bar hits sump when wheels are on the ground, only just though, can see daylight a little bit (if you squint hard enuf)
CA18 boys - am i sweet to hit a small dished groove into the sump by about 10mm. or has someone got a pick of a sump with the pickup into it so we can see if we are going to bend anything while hitting.
Any help much appreciated.

I think that you'll either need to modify your sump, or have a new sway bar made. If you do alter your sump, make sure that it caters for the swaybar's location when the suspention is at maximum "dive". (fully compressed)

For a short term solution could you swap to a 1200 front swaybar since they are only 17mm instead of 20mm?
It still might not be enough clearance though.

can you just space the antisway bar mount down and use longer bolts?

yea tryed that guys, solution is in my project page, the mounting studs are on a braket just like the front crossmember so i just redrilled a few holes and moved it forward - the little link rods are at a slight angle now but dont think it'll make the handling any worse than it already is. haha. will prob get a maddat 22mm swaybar in the future thou.
