Fj20et Top Mount Exhaust Manifold
As per the title. My dump pipe off my standard turbo and manifold is about 1.5mm from the firewall. Looking for a top mount exhaust manifold.

Re: Fj20et Top Mount Exhaust Manifold
Are you trying to run the standard cast dump pipe for a DR30 fj20? If yes you can always get a custom one made that will move it away from the firewall.
Another option is get an S12 fj20 exhaust manifold which from memory brings the turbo forward slightly (pic below of an S12 manifold with T2/3 adaptor and disco potato gt28 bolted up for reference

I dont think it will pass cert and I am sure I am going to need to wrap it so will need plenty of clearance.
I would prefer a top mount to give me more clearance from the engine mounts and eventually to run a bigger turbo (or even now lol).
The S12 manifold might do the trick for now though so I will look into it cheers.
