WTB: L Series Twin IDF / IDA / DRLA Downdraught Manifold

Post by pl510 »

I've seen these before but just been googling and now nothing seems to come up

Thining of chucking a pair of IDFs on the side of my L20B for something different

If anyone knows where I can find one I'd love to hear from you

Thanks

It wouldn't be hard to make something like that Shannon.
Here's what a mate of mine had made for a non datsun. Image

Just get some flanges laser cut, and buy some bends.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

Just make sure that your carb flanges are tied together in pairs. The 1st version of this was a disaster! But thicker better flanges were cut, and it was built by a competent person the second time around. Then chrome plated, just because he could!
