just to clarify, you have taken the viscous fan off, and now need a pulley with no fan on it?
I dont have one but might help others to understand what you need.

Wouldve thought the Vfan bolted onto the pulley,
So removing the fan just meant bolting the pulley in place without fan,
Pic for reference

Niccy can you remove the fan from the viscous and just run it like that, some bolt on the back of the coupling.

Couldn't you just run a L series water pump and pulley with no viscous or solid fan? All my L's have it bolted on like Adam said, and AFAIK the Z and L are pretty much the same(ish) block.

Dan1200sss grinded the viscous pulley off because there was no room with the radiator.. If that makes sense? Then ground it completely off when we did the waterpump as it was welded on..
Ill upload a photo tonight. I have tried an L series and it doesnt match correctly.. Anyone have a zseries/z20 Pulley I can try?

To avoid confusion, could it be someone post factory has welded the water pump? Sounds odd otherwise...

I assure you, it is factory welded. there is no bolts holding the waterpump to the pulley etc. The waterpump thats to replace it is a z20 pump and bolts up etc to the motor and has 4 bolt holes/stud holes to fix a pulley to, so that's what we're after a pully to fit/make
Fit.

Do you have the offset, PCD etc any centre hole, diameter, of hole and pully.
Thanks
