HAHAHA.

fatigue is an amazing force,often caused by side loads and vibrations,Ive heard of this happening when people loose their harmonic balancer.We've had 400mm shafts in at work that look exactly the same

bugger me :shock: my brothers sr18 cracked the crank in the same spot, threw everything off balance and put a piston into the head. the previos owner had put new bearings in, and because he was a sad sack, over torqued it. fuckin bang!!! :lol:

one of the guys at work was talking about that tractor pulling one. That is unreal!

I saw another tractor pull vid where the side of the block blew out, and you could see the rods and crank where the block no longer was.
