WTB: 240/260z - Anywhere

Post by adio »

Hi All,

I'am very keen to purchase my first Z, been wanting one as long as can remember. If anyone selling or knows of someone selling. Any condition considered, preferably a project / or a runner so I can learn more about and make it my own. I'm currently living and working in Wellington, but have family regularly visit in chch , should need to travel south.

Preferably a 2 seater. Hard to say how much willing to spend as will be a case by case basis. Somewhere in the 5-15k mark all depending on condition etc...

Cheers!

I did check that one out when was down south over xmas. Looked to be sound (to a non panel beaters eye) did have the usual spots replaced / noticeable repairs. But as you say classicdat it had not been run for 16 years, not even started had to be towed out of the garage. Everything appeared to be there but all the running gear would have needed to be refurbished to some degree.

At the time he wasn't interested at taking off trademe which is fair enough, even though wasn't that higher price at the time. So I pulled out in the bidding wars.
