Yes im not that lost. I have power to lights etc just not to ignition
Re: No ignition power.. im lost
Fuses and relays are a good start, checking the fuses is easy with a visual, relays a lil harder to check if still ok go with a youtube video to test them,
If however still at a lost then it could also be a failure in in the wiring itself alot harder to check. and can be a break in the wire without the sheathe broken needing a test of the wires itself with a multimeter, thats if its a wiring problem
describe what happens when you turn the key to start up:
turns over but wont start, no turn over at all, are your accessories working in on mode, when turning the key to start,
try putting a temp light circuit to light up when you turn to start and see if its not the ignition switch itself

vr6 idea still siting there, much research in the plumbing before I commit.

I think the supply may come through the key switch to the Fuse box, (I could be wrong). This would suggest that your wire to the switch is open circuited somewhere, ie before it gets to the key.

yeah check ur fuseable link it looks jus like a normal wire and u can not c that its blown you will need to test it the fuse link is a short peice off wire with a plug on each end aprox eighty mm in length
it is normaly kept by the + battery terminal or close to the fuse box like 510s and i think in some cases with datsuns from the factory they tied a spare link up by the fuse box
if you need to replace ur fuse link you can get a replacement peice from auto electricans
