5 stud r31/gtst braked struts

Post by sr1600 »

Have made another pair of coilover struts for a 510/r31 etc (same as I run in my car but 5 stud)

Basic parts are

R31 struts
Platform adjustable coilovers
Zx 5 stud front hubs
Slotted gtst discs
Gtst calipers
Brackets and bolts /machining done.

Have one together few small bits left to do the other. Saying suit race car etc but no reason they couldnt be certed as id be surprised if my welding was that bad to not pass ndt.

No top hats but if you send me/provide dimensions ill machine the spacers to fit your camber plates so they all bolt together fit in.

850 ono

May split coilover from brakes (however the strut has been tapped same as datsport brackets so no longer suitable for standard application)

Anyone interested

To tell you the truth I buy leaking coilovers and cut them up as the gear is normally better quality than most of the kits which are cheap rubbish.

Biff the shock amd run a new one inside the original tube.

These are a little different being platform adjustable as all the height adjustment is made on the bottom, keeping the spring captive all the time
