Best way to remove the battery stand/holder

Want to know what the best way is as i want it gone to have more smooth lines. Car been painted but is crap so will just redo it later. Any knowledge would be great :D

Drill out spot welds.
What you will have left with, will be noticeable

Ok so none of it is welded??

a car of its age, there may be some previous welding for rust repairs etc, however from factory it is spot welded in, best way is to cut it off piece by piece with an angle grinder and cut off discs, then clean up with a flapper disc on the angle grinder.

Thanks. Thats what i was thinking of doing. Then cleaning all the paint off so i can see if its just spot welded. Thanks
