1200 master cylinder

So having a bit of trouble finding a new 1200 brake master cylinder. So is a 120y the same and compatible?

Compatibility
Datsun 1200 with drums uses same cylinders as Datsun 1000
Datsun 120Y w/o booster uses same as Datsun 1200
