Re: 1975 710 2 door sedan
So I ended up getting my shipment from Japan exactly a week before the largest local Japanese car show of the year. So I had to really get to work if the car was going to be at JCCS with it's transformed front clip. Here are some random photo's of straightening out the my newly imported used parts. ...

Re: 1975 710 2 door sedan
This is the first time I have seen your thread, and I like the result. Very nice. Parts are always expensive from japan, but guards, getting them to arrive in good shape would be very difficult and expensive I would imagine. How do they even ship/package a guard? I ended up finding a container ship...

Re: 1975 710 2 door sedan
I have not put an update up in a while so here go's. Here is what the car looked like last time after all the upgrades. US spec 1974 Coupe bumpers, 140j grille, rear finally lowered. http://farm7.staticflickr.com/6062/6144828067_538096ee35_z.jpg But it still was not the look I wanted, so I started l...

Re: 1975 710 2 door sedan
That engine bay looks 100% better now. Is that the Futo Fab alternator adjuster? It looks very nice. Thanks, as for the adjuster I don't remember were I got it. It is homemade and been sitting in my tool box, it is off an older project. Finally got my new front marker light's, a set of 140J light's...

Re: 1975 710 2 door sedan
Been a while since I posted an update, I decided I was going to cleanup the ugly corner of the engine bay were the battery is located. I decided to relocate the battery. Here is a dark photo of what I started with. http://farm7.staticflickr.com/6068/6107617093_c0a7030c77_z.jpg I got my spot weld dri...

Re: 1975 710 2 door sedan
IRS in one of these would be so cool, I love it. Did you get 140j wagons? I heard there is alot in mexico. IRS would be great in one of these and they did come that way in the SSS model, but we did not get them in the US. But we did get wagon's here, and they were available in Mexico but trying to ...

Re: 1975 710 2 door sedan
Then it was time to work on my fender/guard, I got the car with it in pretty poor condition. Here is what I started with, http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2343/5779264692_61e527064d_z.jpg Took me awhile to find a replacement, but here it is. http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5205/5256800089_3c2e37d482_z....

Re: 1975 710 2 door sedan
Is it just the photo angle of the front or have you like improved the look by 1000%? I agree with you, and think 1010% ! Well, here is the next modification I tackled I got around to lowering the rear of the car. The stance was really bothering me, I ended up making a set of lower block's as I was ...
